The AFTMA 7 version has two ceramic stripping guides and 8 double foot guides to ensure better gliding of the line during long-distance casting. It has a metal butt cap to balance the whole rod, allowing you to fish all day long even with a bigger AFTMA. The AFTMA 7 has a semi-parabolic action that can extend the casts by several metres. It’s an ideal choice for streamer and lake fly fishing, where the casting distance plays an important part.
